FAQs
What services do you offer?
1
I provide individual evidence-based counselling and psychotherapy, specifically Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Person-Centred counselling.
How do I get started?
2
Reach out to me through email or telephone to arrange an appointment. Before you decide whether to start your therapy with me, I offer a free thirty-minute consultation to ensure you have ample opportunity to decide whether you feel my person or therapeutic approach is suitable.
What makes you different?
3
My practice integrates therapeutic modalities to maximise adaptability and reachability, ensuring optimal effectiveness in meeting diverse client needs and presentations. Professionally, this sets my practice apart, and personally, I am a bit of a nerd and value the place of humour in the therapeutic process (within reason!).
How can I contact you?
4
You can reach me anytime via my contact page or email. I aim to respond quickly, but please do allow 24 hours.
How much does therapy cost?
5
Sessions are £55 per hour, and £65 for an hour and a half. I work at a concessionary rate if you are on a low income, out of work, or a counselling student. Get in touch to ask about a reduced fee.
